A new National Gallery–OAS agreement opens a path to artist exchanges, regional exhibitions and creative education.
The National Gallery of Jamaica and the Organization of American States have signed a cooperation agreement, according to a September 1 report from the Jamaica Information Service. The proposed work spans cultural exchange, training, youth engagement and exhibitions across the Americas. Artist residencies and heritage preservation are among the areas described. The announcement outlines a framework for cooperation; it does not establish that every proposed programme is already accepting applications.
